Cosmetic chemists will be “going back to Cali” next month as the California Chapter of the SCC hosts its biannual Suppliers’ Day, October 2-3 at the Long Beach Convention Center. California SCC’s Suppliers’ Day serves as one of the most important North American events, with more than 300-plus global cosmetics and personal care industry companies coming together to promote their new innovative ingredients and solutions. In addition to the two days of the trade show, a pair of education courses (see box) and an after-party celebration are planned. The after-party will be held Oct. 2 from 7pm-12am at the Plaza Terrace in Long Beach. More info: https://caliscc.org
